hard time for those families who lost their relatives

just read the terrible news, have experienced so much recently, one of my colleagues passed away when have a short trip in Equatorial Guinea,just 29 years old and married for 2 months.April 11th,bombed in algeria 20 minutes way from my office.i heard the bomb just but thought its thunder for it was raining outside. so today some one killed over 30 innocent people. it was said the jerk was chinese.if it were true, it was awful.

Small things make you happy

do you have a smile day? not yet. so i told myself i need these words

i need to do like the followings:

1. Take pictures everyday

Taking photos to record my daily life is a good way to make me feel happy. According to psychologists the pictures may remind us of those happy memories.

2. Cry out

When feel sad, some prefer to hide their emotions. Actually, crying out will partially release our pressures and sadness...


3. Blog your life

That's a great method to relieve tensions.. i should keep going

4. Enjoy a feast

Usually, most time i choose simple and lite foods to keep slim. so when i feel upset, indulging ourself with a feast. Eating tasty foods makes people feel good.

5. Go for swimming or running

Taking long time swimming or running make people feel exhausting. For that reason, it makes forget everything temporarily and brings good sleep.

6. Smile to ourself

Every morning, before going out for work, look at the mirror and smile to yourself, which may bring more confidence.

so tomorrow i will do like this ,wveryone keep eyes on me!
